What are you looking to work on?

  • Individual

I offer direct, relational, and real therapy that helps men and women slow down, face their patterns, and understand the deeper emotional reality shaping their lives. Together, we reclaim responsibility, choice, and a way of living that feels more present, connected, and fully your own.

  • Couples

I work with couples who feel stuck in cycles of conflict, withdrawal, or unmet needs, helping them see the patterns that quietly erode connection. In therapy, both partners are held accountable, guided to communicate honestly, and supported in creating a relationship that feels alive, connected, and real.

  • Group

Group therapy is a space where patterns of connection, withdrawal, and defense are experienced and reflected in real time with others. Through witnessing, feedback, and relational experiments, participants gain insight, accountability, and the chance to build connection that counters isolation and loneliness.

Individual therapy in my practice is direct, relational, and grounded in what actually happens inside you and between people—not just what you think about after the fact. I work especially well with men who feel angry, stuck, ashamed, numb, or quietly lost, including those who aren’t sure why their relationships, habits, or inner lives keep breaking down in the same ways. Together, we slow things down and look honestly at how you protect yourself, where responsibility is avoided, and what it costs you to stay the same. My specialization in men means I’m comfortable naming defensiveness, withdrawal, and resistance when they appear—without shaming or moralizing—and helping clients understand the deeper emotional logic beneath them. This work is not about becoming “better behaved,” but about reclaiming choice, meaning, and a way of living that feels more alive. While much of my work centers on men, I bring the same depth, clarity, and accountability to women seeking a therapy that is engaged, honest, and real.

Couples often come to therapy not because they lack love, but because they are trapped in patterns that quietly erode connection. From a psychodynamic, existential, and experiential perspective, couples therapy becomes a place where these patterns are no longer discussed at a distance, but encountered in real time between partners. As emotional defenses, unmet longings, and unspoken fears emerge in the room, the relationship itself becomes the work. Through guided contact, couples begin to recognize how responsibility, choice, and avoidance shape their bond—creating the possibility for renewed meaning, deeper intimacy, and a way of being together that feels more alive and less lonely.

My specialization in working with men brings a distinct depth to couples therapy, particularly when disconnection is driven by emotional withdrawal, defensiveness, or stalled attempts at vulnerability. Years of helping men understand their inner lives and protective strategies allows me to recognize, in real time, how masculine socialization shapes conflict and intimacy. I am not afraid to hold men accountable for the ways they avoid, shut down, or externalize responsibility—while also helping them understand why these patterns developed. This balance creates a space where blame gives way to responsibility, emotional contact becomes possible, and both partners feel more engaged and understood.

Psychodynamic group therapy offers a different kind of encounter—one where inner conflicts are not merely analyzed but lived, witnessed, and transformed in real time through relationship. From an existential, experiential lens, the group becomes a living field in which men confront how they show up with others, how they protect themselves, and how their long-standing relational patterns quietly recreate aloneness. As these dynamics surface between members, something rare happens: meaning is forged through contact, responsibility is reclaimed through choice, and isolation gives way to the felt experience of being known.
